Welcome! I'm Zhada~
Here's a little about me:
A Data Analyst, Registered Nurse, and Former Air Force Medic who also loves exploring cultures through history and dance. Currently pursuing a Master's in Data Science. However, with over 14 years of experience across healthcare, the military, and education, I’ve seen how the right question (and the right data) can make a meaningful difference.
Whether I’m building a guide for veterans, storytelling with data, or exploring how public transit shapes community health, my goal is always the same: to make things clear and easy to understand. I help people and organizations solve problems that matter through attention to detail.
An Example of My Work & Its Impact

Title: Navigating the Medic to LPN Pathway: A Step-by-Step Guide for Air Force Medics
Summary: Created a comprehensive guide to help current and former Air Force medics transition from Medic to LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). This resource addresses common barriers and outlines credentialing pathways.
Purpose: A guide did not exist when I went through the process. I had to gather information from several sources over the course of months. This guide was made to simplify the military-to-nursing pipeline into one source. Thus, empowering medics with the clarity and confidence to pursue nursing credentials and gain civilian employment.
